We want to make sure that every guest has a safe and enjoyable day at Dreamworld & WhiteWater World. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities are recommended to visit our Park Health Facility, located at Dreamworld (near Sky Voyager) or WhiteWater World (next to Beyond the Beach) prior to presenting to our attractions. Any of our friendly Guest Services Team Members can direct you there.
One of the key roles of our team is to assist guests to plan their day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program
Dreamworld is so proud to have adopted the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-park to help support and raise awareness of those living with a hidden disability. This means that those with a disability that may not be obvious on the outside can wear a Sunflower lanyard or wristband to make their disability visible to our team while at the park.
Accessible Parking
Reserved parking is available in the Southern end of rows A and J of our carpark, for guests whose vehicles display a Disability Parking Permit. These spaces are clearly marked with the International Disabilities Symbol.
Companion Admission
Guests with a disability may consider visiting the park with someone who can physically assist them if necessary. Guests who produce a Companion card (http://www.companioncard.gov.au/) are entitled to one (1) free of charge companion ticket so that they may provide care and support during the visit. Guests with disabilities, medical conditions, amputations, prostheses, amelia and/or injuries
The rides and attractions at Dreamworld and WhiteWater World incorporate safety systems designed by manufacturers to accommodate people of average physical stature and body proportion. These safety systems may restrict some ride suitability due to the necessity of guests to be safely contained within a restraint. All guests must be able to maintain the proper riding position, meet the manufacturer ride requirements, appropriately utilise the restraints systems and safely navigate evacuation stairwells and pathways. All guests must also be able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to comply with verbal and written rider requirements. Please visit our Dreamworld or WhiteWater World Park Health Facility prior to presenting to attractions so they may discuss this safety information and the details of an Attractions Pass with you.
