“Often referred to as South Cronulla, Cronulla Beach is popular with families and is ideal for fish and chips at the beach.
Cronulla beach is the only beach that is patrolled in the winter months from 7.00am to 4.00pm (check for flags before swimming).”

Mobility Information:"Cronulla Beach is wheelchair accessible, has disabled toilets and a free beach wheelchair service.
Council has a mobility mat for community use, free of charge. The Mobi Mat is available for use at Cronulla Beach (South). A support person is required to assist with use and the mat may need to be accessed by using the beach wheel chair.
Council has an electric beach wheelchair for use on the sand donated by St Vincent de Paul. The chair is available free of charge, for short term loans and can be used on the sand only, and not in the water. Beach wheelchairs provide people with the ability to access and enjoy the beach."
