From the Local Press website: At Local Press Café, we are passionate about food. Whole foods, that are unrefined and unprocessed, free of unnecessary additives and preservatives. All our proteins are free range, pasture fed, chemical & hormone-free. Wherever possible we make the ingredients in the dishes we serve in-house, using seasonal and local produce. We place a great deal of effort in reducing waste and redirecting our waste from landfill to be recycled, re-used or composted. Our efforts in sustainability have been very successful so far, earning us an ACTsmart Business accreditation for our efforts in recycling and environmental responsibility. Local Press also has a bulk food shop.
