Accessibility Information
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities are recommended to visit Guest Services (located on the Main Street) prior to presenting to our attractions. For more information, please download our Safety and Accessibility Guide and our Attractions Sensory Guide or contact our friendly Guest Services team on (07) 5573 8380.
Parking
Reserved parking is available in the first row of the car park for guests whose vehicles display a Disability Parking Permit. The reserved spaces are clearly marked with the International Disabilities Symbol. Located near the reserved parking is a designated area for drop off/pick up.
Admission
Discounted single day entry admission rates are available upon presentation of a State or Commonwealth issued Disability Pension Card. Please present this card to the ticket booth cashier when purchasing admission tickets to obtain the discounted rate.
Companion & Carer Admission:
- Guests who produce a Companion Card are entitled to 1 free of charge Companion Ticket so that their companion can provide care and support during the visit.
- Guests who produce a Carer’s Card (or similar) issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate.
In Park Services
Guest Services
Guest Services is located on the Main Street and offer a range of services from Wheelchair Hire, Attraction accessibility, guest relations, height checks and can offer any further assistance for our guest needs.
Guest Services provide communication wristbands for guests who present and require assistance with attraction accessibility. This communication wristband will work as a communication device between Guest Services and all attractions. Guest Services can also assist guests that may have difficulty waiting in queues.
Companion card holder are issued a companion wristband for express access to selected rides. Upon presentation with a companion card at Guest Services, a ride suitability discussion will take place to determine whether a companion is required to ride select attractions.
First Aid
First Aiders staff the Warner Bros. Movie World First Aid Centre (Location: near the entrance to Kids’ WB! Zone). Non-essential personal medical equipment may be stored and used at First Aid. First Aid does not supply such equipment for everyday use. Medication which requires refrigeration may also be stored at First Aid. All Village Roadshow Theme Parks have an AED (Automatic Defibrillator) on site.
Lockers
The locker bay is located next to the Photo Centre and The Green lantern Coaster. Lockers are available to hire with costs ranging from $12 to $20 for a luggage size locker. If you require an accessible locker, please see our staff at the Photo Centre and they will be happy to arrange this for you.
Guide, Hearing and assistance animals
Service Animals are welcome; however, we cannot permit them on, or in, any of our attractions. Service animals are required to wear their service vests to identify their role, be on a lead and not left unattended. For suitable assistant animal relief area, please visit Guest Services.

Guests with casts and strapped limbs
As we have a duty of care to our guests, we do not allow any guest with a visible injury, such as a hard cast support, to ride any attraction with G-force. As supports vary, our Guest Services team assist guests with planning their day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely in accordance with manufacturers and management guidelines.
Guests with an amputation or prosthesis
For safety reasons, guests with an amputated limb or prosthesis may be unable to utilise select attractions. As situations vary, our Guest Services team will assist guests with planning their day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely in accordance with manufacturers and management guidelines.
Guests with Epilepsy and motion sickness
Select attractions are not recommended for guests with Epilepsy, motion sickness or those who experience seizures. We suggest you contact Guest Services prior or visit the office upon arrival. As situations vary, our Guest Services team assist guests in planning their day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely.
Guests with medically related dietary requirements
Guests who require specific medically related dietary requirements can bring their own food to the park upon presentation of medical documentation. Should you have specific dietary requirements please contact Guest Services prior to or during your visit.
HOLLYWOOD STUNT DRIVER 2 EXPERIENCE
Guests with disabilities are asked to call Customer Connect on 133 386 directly to determine suitability to participate in the Hollywood Stunt Driver.

Mobility Information:Guests using a wheelchair
Warner Bros. Movie World has attractions that are accessible via wheelchair. In order to maximise time and enjoyment, ride and attractions guidelines are provided for guests with disabilities, medical conditions, and injuries. Guests should visit Guest Services before presenting to our rides and attractions to discuss rider suitability in accordance with the ride/attraction manufacturer’s guidelines for safety. These standards and safety systems require all guests to meet the rider requirements, such as such as ensuring the restraint systems are secured, maintain the rider position, and safely navigate stairwells and pathways. Following a conversation with Guest Services, a communication wristband will be supplied to avoid any inconvenience or disruption to your day.
Some attractions offer viewing areas assessable via wheelchair, such as DC Rivals Hypercoaster, Green Lantern’ Batwing Spaceshot, Superman Escape, Wild West Falls, Road Runner Rollercoaster, Junior Driving School and Doomsday Destroyer

Wheelchair hire is complimentary.
A form of ID is required. A limited number of wheelchairs are available, so we recommend you pre-book with Guest Services.
Standard Stroller
$20.00 non-refundable hire fee. The hire fees include GST and is per day or part thereof. These strollers are intended for children from 6 months of age, up to 15kg in weight and under 100cm in height.
Bathrooms with enhanced accessibility
Wheelchair-accessible toilets are located throughout the park and allow for standard wheelchair access. Bathrooms with enhanced accessibility are located at:
- The main fountain behind the newspaper stand
- Main Street – next to Peter’s Ice Creamery
- The toilet block in the DC Super-Villains Unleashed Precinct, just before Wild West Falls
- The toilet block in Kids WB! Fun Zone
- Width Clearance for these bathrooms are 85cm.
There is an accessible bathroom located at the front of the park behind the main toilet block at the archway. This bathroom has an automated door for wider wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters of 95cm. The bathroom also provides a shower and change table, alternatively, if this bathroom is not vacant guests may utilise a change bed in First Aid.
