The following statement outlines the accessibility features you can expect to find in our Easy Access accessible Studio and Apartment:

1. Overview
   • Our Easy Access apartment consists of 3 options to accommodate; individuals, families/friends and individuals accompanied with a carer.
     1. Our One Bedroom Easy Access apartment is fully self-contained, with a kitchen/laundry, courtyard with a BBQ, separate bedroom and bathroom and a full living area with a smart TV.
     2. Our Easy Access Studio is designed for short and overnight stays. This room features is an open space area with a kitchenette and fully accessible and spacious bathroom.
     3. Both the One Bedroom and Studio options combine with an interconnecting door to form the Two bedroom Easy Access apartment that is a perfect option for families and friends, or individuals with a carer.

2. Entrance and Parking:
   • Our Easy Access accessible apartments are located on at ground level, providing easy entry for individuals with mobility challenges.
   • Dedicated parking spaces are available near the entrance to the unit, that are clearly marked and designed to accommodate vehicles of all sizes.

3. Doorways and Pathways:
   • Wide doorways and hallways facilitate easy movement for individuals using mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers.
   • Clear pathways are maintained throughout the apartments to ensure unobstructed movement.

4. Bathroom:
   • The bathrooms are equipped with grab bars, enabling individuals to maintain balance and support while using the facilities.
   • The sink basins are designed to provide knee clearance, allowing wheelchair users to comfortably access it along with soaps and handwash.
   • The showers are wheelchair accessible with a fixed bench and additional handrails for support.

5. Kitchen and Laundry:
   • The kitchen and kitchentte is designed to provide lower countertops and accessible storage options for easy reach and use by individuals with varying heights and abilities.
   • Kitchen and Laundry appliances are placed at appropriate heights to facilitate access and use for all residents.

6. Bedroom:
   • The bedrooms are spacious and designed to allow easy manoeuvrability for individuals using mobility aids.
   • The bedding configuration can be changed to suit varying arrangements from King size beds to two single beds.
   • Adjustable beds and hoists can be hired and setup prior to arrival to suit guests with specific requirements.

7. Lighting and Signage:
   • Well-lit areas ensure good visibility and reduce potential hazards.
   • Signage throughout the apartment is clear, including braille labels and tactile indicators where necessary.

8. Emergency Preparedness:
   • Our emergency evacuation plan includes provisions for individuals with disabilities, ensuring a safe and efficient process during emergencies.

9. Communication:
