Mobility Information:90% of Murrays coaches can accommodate passengers travelling in their own wheelchair if 24 hours notice of booking is provided to the Murrays booking office on +61 13 22 51. This allows Murrays to provide an accessible coach for that journey and prepare the wheelchair seating area. The accessible coaches are equiped a wheelchair lift and wheelchair tie downs and it only takes a few minutes for wheelchair users to board the coach and for the wheelchair to be safely secured.
Murrays recommends that passengers travelling with other mobility devices also contact the booking office by phone or email to discuss their travel requirements.

If you are unable to use our website to make a booking and require assistance, please contact the Murrays booking office on (61) 13 22 51 between 4am - 7pm, 7 days a week and a supervisor will assist with your travel plans. The booking fee is waived for this assistance. Alternatively you may send an email to reservations@murrays.com.au.
