Get Skilled Access was founded by Paralympians Dylan Alcott and Nick Morris in response to the challenges that people with a disability face in their everyday interactions with government departments, organisations and businesses. Get Skilled Access provides customised training to government departments, organisations and businesses based on a strategic review of their customer service functions. The training is delivered by a team of fellow Paralympians who bring extensive experience and first-hand insight to this role.
