All our lifts have tactile buttons and there are accessible toilets located on the ground and 9th floor function suite.
Our versatile events space, Brooklyn Heights, is located on the 9th floor and is accessible from reception using the passenger lifts.
Our team are on hand 24 hours a day and has been trained to support the needs of our guests who may have a special need or disability. We’re here to help if you have a physical impairment deaf, blind or suffering from a well-being or mental health issue.
Fire and evacuation alarm systems in all adapted rooms are designed to assist a guest with special needs and we are working with a number of agencies to further improve our understanding.
