At Aquaduck Safaris we aim to ensure everyone’s experience is as enjoyable as possible. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment and will do our best to accommodate the needs of all our guests.
In this statement, we aim to accurately describe our facilities and services so you can decide if our experience will suit your specific requirements.
Getting Here
Our office is centrally located at Circle on Cavill and our tours depart from Cavill Avenue.
You can get to us on public transport or by car.
If you’re taking public transport, get the bus to the Surfers Paradise bus stop which is StopID 300050. Then walk up Cavil Avenue and we are on the right-hand side.
You can also use Gold Coast G-Link (tram) and get off at the Cavill Avenue Station stop #14, then walk down Cavill Avenue and we are on the left-hand side.
There is public parking with twelve accessible parking spaces at the Bruce Bishop car park. It is located on the corner of Beach Road and Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
The car park is one street south of our departure point in Cavill Avenue. Take the Beach Road exit from the car park, cross the road and go through the arcade and park and you will be on Cavill Avenue. Our departure point is approximately 50 metres to the right.
Go to the Aquaduck shop to check in. It is located at the Circle on Cavill Shopping Centre.

Mobility accessibility further information:The Experience
The Aquaduck departs from Cavill Avenue, outside the White Rhino Bar. Please be at this location five minutes prior to tour departure time.
The crew will direct boarding in seating order. The crew can assist with boarding if required.
There are six steep steps up with rope grabrails for support. The first step is 30cm from the footpath, then each following step is 28cm high and 24cm deep.
Once at the top, there is a 18cm step down into the seating area.
Seating is allocated so you will be able to sit with your companions.
Once all guests are on-board your crew will give you a safety brief to prepare you for your ride.
Mobility aids such as wheelchairs and prams are not able to go on the Aquaduck. We will happily take care of them for you until you return.
Vision Information:Service animals are welcome on board.
Service animals are welcome in our departure terminal and on the Aquaduck.
There is audio commentary throughout the trip. Speakers are mounted along both sides of the vehicle.
We can provide additional commentary to people with vision impairment or written commentary for those with hearing impairment.

Intellectual/Social Information:The Aquaduck has a loud engine and is open to the wind. Some seats along the side may also be affected by sea spray.

Amenities
There are public accessible toilets at the Circle on Cavill. Access to these facilities is to the right of the Woolworths Supermarket. There are no amenities onboard the Aquaduck.
