Terms of Use Breaches

If there is a breach of these terms and conditions, getaboutable Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove content without declaration of reason and to permanently ban members from getaboutable.com. The right to prosecution of criminal acts remains unaffected.

Termination

getaboutable Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access and registration after receipt of relevant information about improper use of the website.

Data and information usage

When you add a listing, upload content to a listing, leave a review or otherwise submit any information onto getaboutable.com, you give getaboutable Pty Ltd (and those we work with) permission to use, publicly display and distribute such content, including via an Application Programming Interface (API) service.
