“Beaches in Cape Canaveral are open year round as public property. Cape Canaveral has direct beach access parking at no charge at most street ends! Our beach crossovers have been coated with non-skid, have trash receptacles and a few have Little Free Libraries to share books.”

"Per our Code of Ordinances, no animals of any kind are allowed on beaches within the City of Cape Canaveral. The exception to this rule is service dogs that are actively working to assist or aid the person(s) they were trained to serve."

- Polk Avenue
- Buchanan Avenue
- Ridgewood Avenue Beach Crossover (north of Canaveral Sands Condo and Cherie Down Park)
Canaveral Fire Rescue received a beach wheelchair from the No Bad Days Foundation for use at the Mobi-Mats beach accesses! This chair will be available on a first come basis and the Fire Department will deliver and pick up the beach wheelchair at one of the four Mobi-Mat locations upon request.
Please call (321) 783-4424 between 8:00 a.m. and noon Monday through Friday to make the request."
