The facility is wheelchair accessible with a ramp to access the building. There is a lift to the Club Active Gym.

At our pools without ramp access, we have removable accessibility steps that are placed in the pool to give increased ease of access into the water.
These are left in the pool as much as possible, however they are removed during our peak booking times when there is restricted space. The stairs can be requested during these times if they are required.
