Narooma Surf Club Beach Wheelchair

Beach wheelchairs are available for free at Batemans Bay, Broulee Surfers, Moruya and Narooma Surf Live Saving clubs. Ask the volunteer lifesavers on patrol at the beach if the chairs are available, or preferably, contact the life saving clubs in advance. Local charity, The Bay Push, has also provided one child-sized and one adult-sized water wheelchair free for public use at Corrigans Beach. The chairs need the assistance of a carer and are designed to float in calm sea waters. Clyde View Caravan Park Manager Bob Carver has generously agreed to manage and store the chairs.
