We turned up at the Mount Hot Pools and were immediately shown around by welcoming staff. They pointed out the accessible changing facilities, the water wheelchair, the hoist (with a sling) and delighted us by saying that entry was FREE to anyone with a physical disability PLUS their caregiver.
