The Reception is very accessible and the hotel is very central to Queenstown with all its amenities. There is an internal and outside route with concrete and carpeted pathways to access the Accessible Suite from the Reception. There are also lifts to access different floor levels. There is a slight gradient in some areas on route to and from the access suite.
