The Reception has a glass sliding door with a lip. Jo Champion (the host) and her husband are a hive of information about the area. The are dedicated to providing their guests with everything they need to make their stay memorable. They also welcome service dogs.
They have two easy access units, both on ground level with car parks directly in front. The terrain into the complex is concrete with a very slight gradient from the road.
