- Bookings can be made online, by email or by phone. All staff are knowledgeable about the accessible rooms and features of the hotel and are able to answer queries promptly.
- Accessible payment options: online payment, Tap and Go and EftPos machine with tactile indicators.
Arrival, check-in and concierge services
- The hotel has 4 disabled parking spaces in secure carpark underneath the hotel.
- There is also a wheelchair accessible drop-off zone at the front of the hotel with ramp access to the entrance (no valet parking).
- There is accessible public transport nearby: the Canberra Light Rail system is wheelchair accessible and the NXTBus app has information about which buses are wheelchair accessible.
- The entrance has a level threshold and automatic doors and there is also an intercom if assistance is required. The reception desk has clear lines of sight to the entry and lobby so staff are aware when guests may require assistance. Staff have received training to assist guests who have accessibility needs.
- Concierge staff can arrange wheelchair accessible transportation for any guests who require this service.
- Text-based communication with duty manager is available at all times.
- A hearing loop and sign language interpretation services are available on request.
