General accessibility information:From www.qhotels.com: Arrival As you arrive at Aldwark Manor Hotel, you will find approximately 200 parking spaces of which 4 are specifically reserved for blue badge holders. These are located directly outside the hotel's main entrance, and at the rear entrance in our Leisure car park. Reception The Reception desk is located on the ground floor of the hotel in the entrance lobby. The reception desk is 98 cm high, although check-in can also be completed whilst sitting at a table in the lounge if required. You will be offered a personal check-in service with a full explanation of the hotel's facilities together with a familiarisation tour and assistance in delivering luggage to your room. Reception staff will also brief you on our evacuation policy and please note on your registration card if any assistance is needed in the event of an evacuation. The following accessible aids are available at Reception:
- Portable Induction Loop for use at Reception
- Large Button Phone
- Vibrating Pad to assist waking guests with hearing disabilities in the event of a fire alarm
- An evacuation chair is also available to enable staff to assist with the emergency evacuation of disabled, if necessary
On entrance to the main lobby, we have a removable metal ramp to assist any guests that may struggle accessing the hotel via steps.

Fire evacuation advice is provided on the back of your bedroom door and a disabled refuge area is situated in the stairwell in the fire escape near to both accessible rooms.Public areasThere are slight slopes in the corridors on the ground floor with stairs and a disabled access lift to access the spa and leisure facilities.Our Brassiere Restaurant and Squadron Bar is located on the ground floor making them easily accessible, and access to the Squadron Bar outdoor seating area can be gained by using the sloped exit and entrance near the Brassiere Restaurant or by going through our Walsingham Gardens.The lift has tactile buttons at standard height.Accessible toilet facilities are located in the main corridor near the bedroom lift on the ground floor.Conference, Banqueting & Meeting Rooms Our meeting rooms are located on the ground and are fully accessible from Reception. Hearing loops are available upon request in advance, and lighting can be dimmed where required.Please notify your conference or banqueting for specific seating or staging requirements.Further Information
