- Boardwalk from the car park to deck surrounding the Villa
- Deck surrounding the Villa is at the same level as the interior
- The Villa interior is single leveled and very spacious
- The contemporary minimalistic interior design and furnishing allow easy access and maneuverability inside the Villa
- The spacious bathroom has a flat floor, and features a wide, open shower (1000mm), and a raised toilet seat
- Shower stool and toilet surrounds provided
