Sydney Trains has an ongoing commitment to provide a passenger rail service that gives access to all our customers, including the elderly, customers with a disability and those travelling with prams, young children or luggage.
All new stations and trains are accessible, and access to services, facilities and information is getting better all the time.
All trains have audio destination and stopping announcements and newer trains also have visual service information.
Station staff and train guards are able to assist you with service information. The Accessing Sydney Trains brochure detailing accessible services is available at all staffed Sydney Trains stations.
To request a large print, braille or audio copy of this information, please contact us via one of the options listed at http://www.sydneytrains.info/contact_us/.
